Program description
One Smile Orthodontics, operated by Namgu Kim, DMD, Inc., offers an optional SMS program for patients and prospective patients. Messages may include appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling changes, new patient form requests, office notices, patient account or payment notifications, and responses to inquiries about our services.
Enrollment and consent
You may enroll by selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at https://www.onesmileorthodontics.com/contact and submitting your mobile number and consent. The checkbox is not selected by default. You may submit the form without selecting it.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving orthodontic treatment. Enrollment applies to messages from One Smile Orthodontics for the purposes described above.
After enrollment, you may receive this confirmation:
One Smile Orthodontics: You are subscribed to appointment, patient account, and customer care text messages. Message frequency may vary, up to 6 recurring messages per month. Message frequency and costs
Subscribers may receive up to 6 recurring messages per month. Actual frequency depends on appointments and interactions with our office. Additional replies may be sent in response to inquiries you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. One Smile Orthodontics does not separately charge for participation in this program.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out request. If you wish to enroll again, contact our office so we can help you provide new consent.

Eligibility and delivery
This program is for adults age 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may consent to communications concerning a minor patient. You must control the mobile number provided or have authority to consent to messages at that number.
Service is subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not sold, rented, or transferred for another party's advertising or promotional use. Messaging service providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to deliver and support the requested text messaging service.
